I want to return an item?

We get it, sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want your money back. Don't worry, as long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns, subject to the rules below:

  • A notification of return should be sent to our customer care WhatsApp  or  email 24 hours after your order has been delivered to you.  
  • Items MUST be returned to us UNUSED including with no stains and all original tags and designer labels still attached. 
  • Our branded packages should be used for returns. If you use different packaging, please try to use a box, which helps protect the delicate features of our products. 
  • Please do not fold, smash, or twist the product into packaging that is too small or that is unclean. 

When will I receive the refund on my return?

Refunds are issued to the original payment method 2-3 business days after we receive your return at our warehouse. A return charge is payable and will be deducted from the refunded amount. You will receive a confirmation email and the refund will be reflected on your account in 2-3 business days. If the funds have not been released after 5 business days, please check with your bank before getting in touch with our Customer Care team and we will be happy to look into the issue.

Can I return an item for an exchange instead of a refund?

We are not able to offer an exchange on returned items and all returned items will be refunded once they've been received by our warehouse. If you need a different size or color of an item, then you'll need to place a new order.

Do you refund delivery charges if I return something?

No, we do not refund delivery charges. Shipping on all orders is non-refundable. Your delivery charge will only be refunded in circumstances where an incorrect or faulty item was sent to you.  

My refund is incorrect, what should I do?

We are really sorry if we have made a mistake with your refund! If this is the case, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team via WhatsApp or email  and we will try to sort it out as soon as possible. Please make sure that you include your order number and any item details relating to the refund when you get in touch. Kindly note that the delivery charge, which is only refunded for incorrect or faulty item orders may have affected the amount you were refunded.
