How long does delivery take?

Orders within Lagos take 3 - 5 working days. Orders outside Lagos may take up to 7 working days.

Although, We aim to meet these delivery times, during busy periods (including sale), deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally, tech updates to our systems or force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, may affect these delivery services for a limited time, resulting in changes to our cut-off times and/or delivery times. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum. Dressupclothier will not be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.

My order is on its way to me, can I track it?

You can monitor the location of your order via the tracking number sent (only applicable to out of Lagos deliveries). If you are in Lagos, our logistics partners will call you with an update on delivery details.

Can I have my parcel redirected to a different address?

For your security, we are unable to change the address your order is being sent to. Don't worry, our logistics partners will reach out to you before attempting delivery.  

Can I amend my order after I've placed it?

We are really quick at packing your order up which means we can't make any changes once you've placed it. This includes changing the delivery option, delivery address or payment method.

I'm missing an item from my order, what do I do?

We are sorry there's an item missing from your order. Kindly contact our Customer Care team (via WhatsApp or email ) within 24 hours of your order being delivered and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

I've received a faulty item, what should I do?

We’re really sorry if you’ve received a faulty item. Please get in touch with our Customer Care Team via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of receiving the item so we can get this sorted. Please note: we may be unable to send replacements for faulty items.

My payment was declined, what should I do?

Please place your order again if your payment has been declined.We're not able to reinstate an order once the payment has been declined.
