Do you have a physical store?

We’re all about online at Dressupclothier so No, we do not currently have a physical store. Instead we focus our efforts on expanding the brands available to you as well as providing you with the best customer care services to ensure you have a seamless shopping experience. 

 

How can I find a specific product or brand?

Using the search bar at the top of the page, you can narrow down your search by products or brand e.g a general search for ‘Bra’ or ‘Panties’ or a more specific search for  bra sizes such as ‘34D’, ‘38C’ or ‘Small’, ‘Medium’, ‘Large’ or ‘Extra Large’ or search for specific brand names.


Where can I find a list of all the brands you stock?

We are proud to stock a wide range of brands from high street to designer brands. We've got some of your favorite brands (Victoria’s Secret, Lasenza, Calvin Klein, Skims, Third Love, DKNY, Brave Soul, Weekday, Dorina, Hunkemoller, Pour Moi, Cotton, Topshop, Gossard, Next, amongst others) available! We are constantly working to stock even more of your faves. 

How do I know that I’m buying a genuine product?

At Dressupclothier, we only stock genuine and authentic items, bought directly from the brands we offer – we don't buy or sell fakes, so you can be sure the item you've received is genuine. 

Why have I received an email saying the item I've ordered is out of stock?

We are really sorry if you've received an email saying one or more of the items you've ordered is out of stock. When this happens, it means we thought we had stock of the item when you placed the order. However, when we went to pack your order up, we realized the item wasn't available anymore. We have sent you an email detailing the refund of the full sum paid (including the delivery charge). This will reflect in your account within 5-10 working days. Please get in touch with our Customer Care Team via WhatsApp or email  if you are yet to receive it.
